  In many different industries, neodymium magnets are considered the strongest magnets available. For this reason, these magnets are often used in applications that require higher magnetic strength or where weight or size is critical.

  As a way to visualize the strength of neodymium magnets, please observe that the maximum energy product range of sintered neodymium magnets is 200 to 400kJ/m3. In contrast, the maximum energy product of another permanent magnet Al-Ni-Co alloy is only 10-88 kJ/m3. This is a significant difference in power. Neodymium magnets are much stronger than AlNiCo magnets.
